Michigan State Beats Bowling Green 75-66

Michigan State opened its 2025-26 preseason with a 75-66 exhibition win over Bowling Green at the Breslin Center. The Spartans showed early offensive stagnation and defensive rust but pulled away late. Coen Carr led the team with 17 points and five blocks, Jaxon Kohler had 15 points and 10 rebounds, Jeremy Fears Jr. added 12 points and nine assists, and Kur Teng earned meaningful minutes after limited action as a freshman. Michigan State will use the remaining exhibitions to finalize rotations, next playing at UConn, before opening the regular season on Nov. 3 at Colgate.
