Gujarat National Law University (GNLU) received a bomb threat email that prompted extensive security measures, including the evacuation of students and a thorough search by police and bomb disposal teams. The email, sent to the university registrar, claimed that bombs were planted on campus and demanded evacuation by the following day. After a comprehensive investigation, authorities confirmed the threat to be a hoax, as no explosives were found. In a related incident, a hoax bomb threat at DAV CBSE School in Ranipet led to the evacuation of over 2,300 students, with police quickly determining that no bombs were present.
