10-Year-Old Charged for Fatal Shooting in Sacramento

A 10-year-old boy in Sacramento, California has been charged with murder after shooting and killing another 10-year-old with a gun he took from his father's car. The boy had taken the gun to show off to his friends, bragging that it was his. The gun went off, fatally shooting one of his friends. The boy's father, Arkete Davis, has been arrested and is facing multiple charges including firearm charges, child endangerment, and being an accessory after the fact. In a separate incident in Merced County, a juvenile was shot three times but is expected to recover; the shooter remains unidentified.
