Fatal Pedestrian Accidents Across Multiple U.S. Cities

Multiple fatal pedestrian accidents have occurred across various U.S. cities recently. In Kingstree, SC, a pedestrian was killed by a 2011 Ford SUV on Broad Swamp Road. Sacramento experienced two incidents: a woman in critical condition after a hit-and-run near 35th Avenue and Power Inn Road, and another pedestrian critically injured near Franklin and Cosumnes boulevards. In Largo, FL, a pedestrian was fatally struck twice in a hit-and-run on Roosevelt Boulevard. Austin, TX, saw a pedestrian with life-threatening injuries following a crash on South Congress Avenue, and in Billings, MT, Lonnie Dale Stewart was killed in a hit-and-run, later identified with the driver cooperating. Investigations are ongoing in all cases.
