Celebrity Osteopath Jailed Over Secret Filming 2,000 Women

Torben Stig Hersborg, a 64-year-old celebrity osteopath based in London, was sentenced to three years and five months in prison after admitting to secretly filming and photographing around 2,000 women over more than a decade. Hersborg covertly recorded women in his Old Street clinic, on public streets, beaches, and even inside their homes, using meticulously planned methods including hidden cameras and telescopic equipment. His offenses were uncovered following a tip-off in December when he was found in a car outside student accommodation with spying equipment. The Crown Prosecution Service labeled him one of London's most prolific voyeurs, emphasizing his deliberate abuse of trust and violation of privacy for sexual gratification. Despite boasting a celebrity client list, the victims were not identifiable from the footage, and prosecutors relied on digital evidence to prove his extensive pattern of offending. Hersborg was also placed on the sex offenders register indefinitely, with the judge condemning his betrayal of client trust and exploitation of private moments.
