Meanwhile, 30-year-old Chenna R. Borra is accused of aggravated battery and criminal sexual abuse after allegedly making sexual advances toward a rideshare driver while being transported on I-88. The driver reported the incident to police after dropping Borra off in Schaumburg, which led to his arrest. Both men are being held in jail pending their respective court appearances, with Latham's next hearing scheduled for September 20.
