Registered Sex Offender Arrested Again for Harassing Women in Burbank

Calese Carron Crowder, a 38-year-old registered sex offender on active parole, was arrested again in Burbank, California, for allegedly sniffing a woman's buttocks in a public store, marking his second arrest within two months for similar behavior. Crowder has a documented history of such offenses dating back to 2021 in both Glendale and Burbank, including a viral TikTok video from 2023 showing him engaging in similar conduct. His previous arrest in July involved surveillance footage capturing him following and crouching behind a female shopper in the women's section of a store at the Empire Center, leading to charges of loitering with intent to commit a crime and bail set at $100,000. Crowder has served time for various crimes including burglary, robbery, and indecent exposure, and was recently released to parole supervision in June 2025 after serving a sentence for attempted first-degree burglary. Authorities have urged anyone who believes they were targeted by Crowder to contact the Burbank Police Department's Investigations Division. Police have not yet disclosed details about the most recent incident’s location or booking but confirmed that Crowder remains in custody.
