In a shocking case from Tenali, Andhra Pradesh, police arrested three women for allegedly committing serial murders using cyanide-laced drinks to kill their victims and then rob them. The accused, identified as Munagappa Rajini (40), Madiyala Venkateshwari (32), and Gulra Ramanamma (60), were linked to at least four murders, including the recent death of Shaik Nagoor Bi, whose decomposed body was found in June. Investigations revealed that the trio befriended their victims before poisoning them, stealing their valuables, and fleeing. Superintendent of Police S. Satish Kumar stated that the women had previously attempted to kill two others, and the case was fueled by financial gain from small loans taken from the victims. Additionally, police have seized cyanide and other incriminating evidence from the women, who have confessed to their crimes. Authorities are warning the public to be cautious about befriending strangers.
