Lynchburg Man Arrested in Child Pornography Case

In a separate case, David Richard Jennings, 35, was arrested in Lynchburg, Virginia, after a multi-agency investigation identified CSAM on his account. Jennings is charged with possession of child pornography and multiple counts of subsequent possession, with authorities executing search warrants on his residence and vehicle.
