McG to Direct KISS Biopic Shout It Out Loud

Director McG is in final negotiations to helm the KISS biopic titled 'Shout It Out Loud,' which will focus on the band's formation and early years. The film, produced by STX Entertainment, is expected to start casting soon, with production slated to begin in the second quarter of 2025. Lionsgate is in talks to co-finance and distribute the film, which was previously set up at Netflix. The latest screenplay draft has been penned by Darren Lemke, and KISS band leaders Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley are closely involved in the production.
