Vanessa Bryant Plans Mural Book 'Mamba & Mambacita Forever' Honoring Kobe, Gianna

Vanessa Bryant has announced the release of a book titled 'Mamba & Mambacita Forever,' which will honor the legacies of her late husband, NBA legend Kobe Bryant, and their daughter, Gianna. Set to be released on August 19, 2025, the book will feature over 100 murals dedicated to them from around the world, collected alongside stories that highlight their impact on sports and society. The release coincides with Mamba Week, including Kobe Bryant Day on August 24, and comes as a tribute to the love and memorials that have emerged since their tragic deaths in a helicopter crash on January 26, 2020. Photographed by Andrew D. Bernstein, who previously collaborated with Kobe, the book seeks to ensure that the memory of both Kobe and Gianna continues to be celebrated. Vanessa Bryant has also been active in philanthropy through the Mamba & Mambacita Sports Foundation, which promotes access to sports for children. This project reflects her ongoing commitment to memorializing her family while supporting their legacy through charitable efforts.
