Man Arrested After Nazi Uniform Assaults UGA Student

Kenneth Leland Morgan, 33, was arrested after video showed him wearing a full Nazi SS–style uniform and allegedly striking a 23-year-old University of Georgia student outside Cutter’s Pub in downtown Athens. Footage and witness accounts show patrons confronting him over the antisemitic attire before he swung a beer mug or glass pitcher, reportedly breaking the victim’s nose and causing facial injuries that required stitches. Bystanders recorded the confrontation and reports say Morgan briefly fled before being apprehended; Athens-Clarke County police booked him just before 3 a.m. on charges that include misdemeanor simple battery and felony/aggravated assault.
