Norfolk City Administrator Transitions to Consultant Role

The Norfolk, Nebraska city council has approved a plan for a leadership transition, allowing City Administrator Andy Colvin to become a Strategic Development Consultant starting March 4, 2025. This shift is part of Mayor Shane Clausen's initiative to enhance economic development and collaboration in the region. Colvin, who has been with the city since 2016, will focus on creating new growth opportunities and partnerships for Norfolk and Madison County. In the interim, Fire Chief Tim Wragge will step in as the temporary city administrator until a permanent replacement is appointed.
