Teen Shot Near Temple University in Philadelphia
A 15-year-old boy was shot in the left elbow on Monday afternoon near Temple University's campus in North Philadelphia. The incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. on the 1700 block of North 12th Street, outside popular establishments like Five Guys and Raising Cane's. The victim was transported to Temple University Hospital and is reported to be in stable condition. The shooting area was a known gathering spot for teens, with at least six shell casings found.
