Bulgaria Approves Cabinet Led by Rosen Zhelyazkov

Bulgaria's parliament has approved a new government led by Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov, marking an end to months of political deadlock. The vote, which received 125 in favor out of 240 lawmakers, follows the GERB party's victory in October's snap elections, Bulgaria's seventh in four years.
