Kraken Triumph in OT Before 4 Nations Break

The Seattle Kraken achieved a thrilling 3-2 overtime victory against the Calgary Flames, with Matty Beniers scoring the decisive power-play goal. Trailing 2-0, the Kraken mounted a comeback with Shane Wright and Andre Burakovsky each contributing a goal and an assist. Joey Daccord made 27 saves, aiding Seattle in breaking a three-game winless streak. The Flames, who have lost four consecutive home games, saw goals from Morgan Frost and Nazem Kadri. Despite efforts to change offensive combinations, including new addition Joel Farabee, the Flames could not hold their lead. The game was the last before both teams entered the 4 Nations Face-Off break.
