Texas Beats Kentucky 16-13 in Overtime

Arch Manning and the Texas offense struggled, going 12-of-27 for 132 yards with no touchdowns and negative rushing yards as Texas managed only eight first downs and about 170 total yards in regulation. Kentucky squandered chances with missed field goals, a turnover on downs and short-yardage failures and fell to 2-4 (0-4 SEC), marking its ninth straight conference loss and ninth consecutive SEC home loss. Texas improved to 5-2 overall and 2-1 in SEC play and will travel to Mississippi State next week; Kentucky will host Tennessee.
