Netflix Sets September Release for 19th-Century House of Guinness Drama

Netflix has announced that the historical drama series House of Guinness will premiere globally on September 25, 2025. Created and written by Steven Knight, known for Peaky Blinders and the upcoming James Bond film, the eight-part series explores the aftermath of Sir Benjamin Guinness's death and the impact of his will on his four adult children and the wider Dublin and New York communities in the 19th century. The show features a star-studded cast including Anthony Boyle, Louis Partridge, Emily Fairn, Fionn O’Shea, James Norton, and Dervla Kirwan, among others. Directed by Tom Shankland and Mounia Akl, the production is from Kudos and Nebulastar with executive producers including Knight and Karen Wilson. House of Guinness promises a Succession-style family drama centered on one of Europe’s most famous dynasties, the Guinness family, renowned for their iconic brewery.
