Rippling Opens Second Bengaluru Office, Plans India Workforce Growth

Rippling, a San Francisco-headquartered business software company valued at $16.8 billion, has opened its second office in Bengaluru, India, marking a significant expansion of its Indian operations. The new 100,000-square-foot facility at Embassy Tech Village will house teams across engineering, product, sales, and customer support. India now hosts Rippling's largest office outside its U.S. headquarters, with plans to double the local workforce from 1,000 to 2,000 employees over the next three years. Rippling, founded in 2016, leverages its Bengaluru teams for critical product initiatives and innovation, emphasizing India as a key driver of its global growth. The company has also recruited notable local talent, including former founders and entrepreneurs, and appointed former Walmart executive Mrinal Chatterjee as its Country Head. This expansion underscores Rippling's commitment to scaling its presence and deepening its product development capabilities in India.
