San Diego FC Sets Inaugural Match Details

San Diego FC, Major League Soccer's 30th team, is set to make its debut against LA Galaxy during the opening weekend of February 22-23, 2025, in Carson, with its first home match against St. Louis City SC scheduled for March 1 at Snapdragon Stadium. The team, coached by Mikey Varas and owned by Egyptian billionaire Mohamed Mansour and the Sycuan Tribe, has signed Mexican star Hirving 'Chucky' Lozano and will participate in the MLS Expansion Draft on December 11. They hold the first overall pick in the MLS SuperDraft on December 20. Fans can secure seats for the March 1 home match by becoming Season Ticket Members, with all matches available on MLS Season Pass via Apple TV. The full 36-game league schedule will be announced in December.
