TikTok Star Fedra Gaxiola Shot Dead in Tijuana

Fedra Oded Gaxiola Orozco, a 24-year-old TikTok star and model, was shot dead in a targeted attack while sitting in her black Mercedes Benz outside Hardcore Fitness Gym in Tijuana, Mexico. The incident occurred around 8:35 am, where the assailant shot through the car window multiple times before fleeing the scene in a Chevrolet HHR vehicle. Despite immediate medical attention, Orozco succumbed to her injuries shortly after being transported to the hospital. Witnesses reported seeing more than one person involved, but homicide unit prosecutor Miguel Ángel Gaxiola Rodríguez indicated that the investigation suggests a lone suspect targeted her. Orozco had a substantial following of over 200,000 on social media, where she collaborated with various brands. This tragic event follows the recent murder of another influencer, Vielka Pulido, highlighting growing violence against social media personalities in Mexico.
