Silver Alerts issued for missing women in Mesa Arizona Salt Lake City
Silver Alerts have been issued for two missing women with cognitive issues in the western United States. Sadia Patterson, a 78-year-old woman with dementia from Mesa, Arizona, was last seen near a Chili's restaurant and was found safe by police after being taken to a hospital for evaluation. In Salt Lake City, a Silver Alert remains active for 63-year-old Debra Penningjack, who has developing cognitive and memory issues and was last seen early Saturday morning near 110 West 600 South. Penningjack, described as Native American and typically carrying a small brown and white Chihuahua, frequents downtown Salt Lake City hotels. Authorities urge anyone with information on Penningjack's whereabouts to call 911 immediately. Both cases highlight ongoing community efforts to locate vulnerable individuals with dementia or cognitive impairments.
