Silver Alerts issued for missing women in Mesa Arizona Salt Lake City

Penningjack, described as Native American and typically carrying a small brown and white Chihuahua, frequents downtown Salt Lake City hotels. Authorities urge anyone with information on Penningjack's whereabouts to call 911 immediately.
