Stuart Lancaster, the former England head coach, has been dismissed from his position at Racing 92 effective immediately following a disappointing performance both in the Investec Champions Cup and the French Top 14 league. During his 18-month tenure, Racing 92 failed to progress to the Champions Cup knockout stages and currently sits 12th in the Top 14, narrowly above the relegation zone. Despite the high-profile addition of Owen Farrell, whose impact was limited by injury, the team has struggled, culminating in a six-game winless streak. Patrice Collazo, a seasoned coach with experience at Toulon and Montpellier, will take over coaching duties until the season's end.
