The chip, fabricated on Samsung's mixed 8nm/10nm process, is over twice as large as its predecessor and was likely completed in 2021, implying a previously delayed launch. In docked mode, the GPU offers performance comparable to a GTX 1050 Ti, with dynamic upscaling and ray tracing support, though it falls short of the PS5 Pro’s capabilities. Nintendo is preparing a strong launch lineup featuring new exclusives like Mario Kart World, upgraded major titles, and backward compatibility with existing Switch games.
