Page Turner Replaces Hilary Farr on Love It or List It Season 20

HGTV's popular series Love It or List It has been renewed for a 20th season, set to premiere in summer 2025, featuring a new co-host, Page Turner, who replaces longtime host Hilary Farr. Turner, who has appeared on other HGTV shows like Flip or Flop Nashville and Fix My Flip, will work alongside returning co-host David Visentin, aiming to help homeowners either renovate their current homes or find new properties. The show's format remains unchanged, with Turner responsible for renovations while Visentin searches for alternative listings. Loren Ruch, HGTV's Head of Content, expressed excitement about Turner’s extensive background in real estate and design, anticipating a competitive dynamic between her and Visentin. Farr departed the show in December 2023, citing boredom with the format after 19 seasons. The series, which originally began in 2008, has seen significant success, with Farr and Visentin engaged in lively competition throughout its run.
