BJP MLA Nitesh Rane has been booked for making provocative speeches threatening violence against Muslims, prompting two FIRs to be filed against him in Ahmednagar district. Rane's remarks, made in support of Hindu seer Mahant Ramgiri Maharaj, who is under scrutiny for derogatory comments about Islam, have sparked widespread outrage and demands for his arrest.
