Janel Grant Seeks Waiver of NDAs in Lawsuit

Janel Grant, a former WWE employee, has filed a lawsuit against Vince McMahon, WWE, and John Laurinaitis, accusing McMahon of sexual assault and sex trafficking. Grant's attorney, Ann Callis, has requested that WWE and its parent company Endeavor waive nondisclosure agreements (NDAs) for current and former employees to encourage them to come forward with similar allegations. McMahon has resigned from his roles at TKO following the lawsuit and has denied the claims made against him, asserting that his relationship with Grant was consensual. The lawsuit is currently paused pending a federal investigation and is expected to resume in December. Callis emphasized that waiving NDAs is a crucial step towards addressing the 'toxic workplace culture' at WWE. WWE and McMahon's representatives have not commented on the requests made by Grant's legal team.
