Jaguars Hire Anthony Perkins, Matt Edwards as Coaches

The Jacksonville Jaguars have been actively reshaping their coaching staff under new head coach Liam Coen, hiring several key figures for their defensive unit. Most recently, they added Anthony Perkins as the secondary coach, who previously worked as a defensive quality control coach for the Packers. Additionally, Matt Edwards has been hired as the defensive line coach after serving in the same position with the Buffalo Bills, where he contributed to their strong defensive performance. The Jaguars have also secured Anthony Campanile as their defensive coordinator and Tem Lukabu as the linebackers coach. Coen emphasized the importance of a first-class coaching staff to improve the team's defense, which struggled last season. The Jaguars are still looking to fill remaining coaching positions, including offensive roles and a defensive backs coach.
