Wolves Hire Vitor Pereira as Head Coach

Wolverhampton Wanderers have appointed Vitor Pereira as their new head coach following the sacking of Gary O'Neil after a string of poor performances left the club near the bottom of the Premier League. Pereira, who has signed an 18-month contract, arrives from Al Shabab in the Saudi Pro League and is the club's third Portuguese manager. The 56-year-old brings extensive experience, having previously won league titles with Porto and Olympiacos. Wolves currently sit second-bottom in the league, with only two wins from 16 games this season, putting them at risk of relegation. Pereira's first match in charge will be against fellow strugglers Leicester City.
