Telangana and Andhra Pradesh are under an orange alert for heavy rainfall, while Delhi faces waterlogging and traffic disruptions due to recent downpours. Maharashtra, Saurashtra, Kutch, and Goa are expected to experience heavy rains until September 8, and the northeastern states including Assam and Meghalaya will have isolated heavy rainfall until September 11. Meanwhile, Pakistan's Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa regions are also bracing for more monsoon rains, which have already caused significant disruptions.
