Meanwhile, J.P. Morgan's 2024 report identifies Starling Bank and Beauty Pie as the fastest-growing UK businesses led by women, showcasing their impressive sales growth and expansion. Starling Bank, founded by Anne Boden, reported £507 million in sales and a 31.8% increase in headcount in 2023, while Beauty Pie recorded a turnover of £67.5 million. The report emphasizes the significant rise in investment for women-led businesses, which has tripled over the past decade.
